Apple Jam and Cream Cheese Muffin


12 Muffins

  • 2 tbsp apple jam
  • 1/2 package cream cheese 
  • 250g Cake flour (King Arthur Unbleached Cake Flour)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 20g Suger
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150cc Skimmilk
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Set the paper in the muffin bake pan.

  
   1. Mix together cake flour, baking powder and salt, .
   2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir Eggs, milk, olive oil, apple jam and mayonnaise into the butter mixture.
   3. Pour the butter mizture 12 muffin pan.
   4. Put cream cheese( cut 1/2inch diced) on the top.
   5. Bake the muffin for 25 minutes.
