Cheese and Olive Muffin

4 Meal muffins

    * 1 Olive, sliced to 4
    * 4 1/2inch cubs, Brie Cheese
    * 8 1/2inch cubs, Ricota cheese
    * 1 tbsp Shredded Parmesan cheese
    * Rosemaly

    * 110g Cake flour (King Arthur Unbleached Cake Flour)
    * 1 tsp baking powder
    * 1/2 tsp salt

    * 1 Egg
    * 50cc Skim milk
    * 70cc Vegi soup stock
    * 1 tbsp olive oil
    * 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

Preheat the oven to 350°F
Set the paper in the muffin bake pan.



   1. Mix together cake flour, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, soup stok, olive oil, mayonaise and parmesan cheese.
   2. Pour the butter mizture 4 muffin pan.
   3. Put cheeses, olive and rosemaly on the top.
   4. Bake the muffin for 25 minutes.
